Branch Manager – Corporate Event in Berlin

As part of our corporate event for our branch managers we offered, among other events, a three-hour workshop titled, “The New Way of Effective Management.” The objective was clearly stated, but the method of presentation was left entirely up to the trainer and his own methodology.

We were simply delighted! Christian Schramm fully met all our expectations. His conceptual presentation is extraordinary and was enthusiastically embraced by our teams. Within a very short time, Christian managed to whip up an enormous amount of energy in our participants, simply sweeping along all the group members. Every participant was able to glean new and effective methods for being fully and 100 percent present in future sales situations.  Christian Schramm’s method gives every participant the tools to create individual guidelines for self-motivation and behavioral change.
